Dr. Awara Hussein Ahmed
Assistant Professor in Public International Law and International Criminal Law at the Department of Law, University of Halabja. He holds a PhD in International Criminal Law from the University of Soran, a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Pune, India, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sulaimani. He is a founding member and the first Head of the Department of Law at the University of Halabja, and a former Dean of the College of Law and Administration at the University of Halabja. He has published seven books and ten research articles in the fields of Public International Law and International Criminal Law. He is the Director General of the Law Protection Organization (LPO).

Dr. Jamal Mohammed Amin
Lecturer in Kurd in International Relations at the Department of Law, University of Halabja. He holds a PhD in Political Science from the International Islamic University Malaysia, a Master’s degree in International Relations from Girne American University, Cyprus, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sulaimani. He is the third Head of the Department of Law at the University of Halabja. He has published one book and fourteen research articles in the fields of politics, international relations, and law. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Law Protection Organization (LPO).

Mr.Nzar Salam Mohammed Assistant Lecturer in Criminal Law at the Department of Law, University of Halabja. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from Istanbul Aydın University, Turkey, and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Sulaimani. He is a member of the Executive Board of the Law Protection Organization (LPO)
