LPO Meets with the Consulate General of the Republic of India in Erbil.

On Wednesday, 29 July 2026, Assist. Prof. Dr. Awara Hussein, Director General of the Law Protection Organization (LPO), accompanied by a delegation from the organization, visited the Consulate General of the Republic of India in Erbil and held a meeting with Mr. Brijesh Kumar, Consul General, and Mr. Rohit Kumar, Vice Consul.

During the meeting, both sides discussed organizing a series of joint training programs in the fields of law and human rights in Halabja. They also explored opportunities for the LPO to participate in international training programs and specialized courses offered by universities and academic institutions in India.
